It's quite easy to 'cheat' on these quizzes. This one was easier than the Draco one, though. In the Draco one I had to be subtle and understand the key questions to get my lil dragonet. In this it was simply spelled out for me to get Gambit. And I did. *G*

You scored as Gambit. Gambit is another loner character. He loves Rogue. He has a very cool deboner personality. He's done things in his past that he's not proud of but he atones for his actions by fighting for peace with the X-Men. His weapon of choice is the playing card. Powers: Charges objects with kinetic energy by touching them, then they explode like grenades.

Oh, and that's NOT how one should spell 'debonair'. Really, people, learn words!

Yeah, yeah, it can be rigged, never denied that. But I got Jeannie with an 80% ranking by answering as honestly as possible given the options available. I'm well aware that the answers are reasonably obvious about who you will get. Though I've never achieved 100% on the desired character, apparently there are a some subtleties. Well, that or I define the characters radically different from other people on a few key points.

You're absolutely right, of course, I cheated blatantly to try and get what I wanted. I don't think your view of the characters is off at all or even radically different. Of course each of us has her/his own view of what I make bold to call the 'secondary' aspects of a character, and that's where I was clearly lucky.

I think the degree of yes or no was where I got more percentage of exactness. I used a lot the 'almost yes' and 'almost no' buttons and a few of the 'neutral' central button when I wasn't sure of the kind of answer I needed to give to get Gambit.

That said, y'know, I was honest in my own despicable way: I was honestly doing my best to read the quiz compiler's mind. *G*
