Right. Am in La Bella Italia and settled in. The sodding silence, peace and quiet keeps me awake at night, but I suppose that next week, when I start working, I'll be sleeping like a log again.

Have been reading like demented bookworm waiting for internet connection and am pleasantly replete with books: new Reginald Hill Midnight Fugue WHEEEE! Also another Frost one. AND I've got Light Fantastic and Tim Curry as a villain - again - having the time of his life is a sight. Also got The History of the White Star Line, them of Titanic fame, and, in a time of maritime disasters, they had a RECORD for smashing ships all over the globe. They even managed to hit an iceberg in the Antartic for fucksake!

Also, [livejournal.com profile] baeraad, go here and watch the new IMPROVED Fullmetal Alchemist anime which, apart for ep 1 (sod knows why they felt the need to put in something utterly made up) is exactly like the manga and utterly made of awesome and glee. It's subbed in several languages - bar English, methinks - and I'm sure you'll find one you know, possibly even Swedish.

I missed boring you all to death with my rambles, but I fully intend to start boring you again next week - acuz I have to go to Milan for a few days and be busy as hell - with my not so well-thought-out reflections on Life, the Universe and Everything.

I don't know about Kubo, since I don't really read Bleach; no, I haven't seen FMA Brotherhood. I like Code Geass; Lelouch is one of my favorite characters, though Suzaku comes in a close second. Mao I just find funny.

On another note, have you ever read The Enigma of Amigara Fault?

Lelouch is utter love especially because he dies at the end. I could have choked Spinzaku a million times and when Kallen smashed him - more when she just used her fists - I cheered. Spinzaku is rather a lot like Harry Potter, y'know? Self-righteous, self-justifying bastard. I liked Mao, but my other love is C.C. me being funny that way. :)

I will now proceed to read The Enigma of Amigara Fault with all speed. Have found Guyver and will watch it as soon as I have a free day, acuz I want to Marathon the thing.

I cannot but approve of Guyver marathons. ;D I look forward to getting your oppinions on canon, and I'll be glad to point you towards the rest of the story if you want me to. :D

Yes, Suza-boy is one of those people you can't help but want to reach through the screen and strangle. I think he needed a more sound thrashing, really. ;)

I've found season one and two. Is there more? Am going to start Marathon in a few minutes. :-D

I've a few... er, make that a lot choice words to say on CG and Kururugi "FUCING PICK A SIDE AND A MORAL STANCE AND STICK TO IT!" Suzaku. When one gets - and correctly so - reprimanded by sodding Schniezel, one should stop and think 'What am I doing?'.

My supah-seekrit love after Lulu, though, is Xingke! Prolly is the cough of bloody death. ^_-

There's no season two of the Guyver TV series as yet; we're all hoping and pulling for one - and there's more than enough material in the manga to support it - but it doesn't end on a bad cliffhangar or anything. If anything, it ends at a turning point; you'll see what I mean when you get to the last episode, of course.
